Hassle-Free Returns and Refunds

At Afgem Ventures, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy makes it easy to resolve the issue.

Eligibility for Returns:

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any product that is:

Unused and in its original packaging.
Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

How to Return:

To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@afgemventures.com with your order details. Our team will guide you through the process.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to us. Our physical address will be given once you have contacted admin@afgemventures.com and your request for return or refund is approved.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exceptions:

Digital products are non-refundable unless the item is defective or there was a technical error during purchase.
Perishable goods like OYA products cannot be returned once opened, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
